TO BE EFFECTIVE WITNESS, A FRANSALIAN NEEDS TO READ THE SIGNS OF TIMES, EQUIP HIMSELF WITH EVER-GROWING KNOWLEDGE, BE OPEN TO LIVE THE CULTURE OF HIS PEOPLE, BE COURAGEOUS TO RESPOND TO THEIR NEEDS WITH MISSIONARY ZEAL IN SOLIDARITY WITH HIS FELLOW RELIGIOUS.
